      Great repair service. Qaiser was here on time and very knowledgeable. He explained our issue regarding the oven and indicated what needed to be repaired. He was terrific. The repair was done he made sure the oven was operating and everything was working. I would not hesitate to call ARS and ask for Qaiser to come back and service our appliances again.

        The service was absolutely amazing. I had previously called another tech repair company and they took over a month to tell me that they couldn’t fix my washing machine and that I would have to buy a new one.

        I called ARS and within 5 days my washing machine was fixed. All parts replaced. Their speedy service is outstanding, but also great pricing for the superb quality of work!

        I’m beyond happy.

    Amazing service… this Samsung fridge has had an issue with the ice maker since I bought it. After multiple complaints to Samsung and multiple companies coming to my house waisting my time and just thawing it out and saying it’s a design flaw I almost gave up. Then I gave it one more change and ARS was the company that came and finally solved my problem. The technician was super nice and you could tell he knew what he was doing. The ice maker has never worked better, no more freezing!!!!!!

    Thank you for great service, the issue was with Samsung ice maker then more issues were added up and everything was broken. Basically the fridge and freezer warmed up.So after a few times fixing and figuring out what’s wrong with it, everything works perfectly now.thanks to the knowledgeable

    The ARS technician Qai’sar was friendly, and very knowledgeable to come and assess my washing machine. He asked a lot of questions to help him understand the issue. He stayed for a full speed cycle to make sure I knew what the issue was, leaving me feeling very confident that it was fixed. And he shared good advice too. I will call ARS again and ask for Qai’sar in the future and have already recommended him to family.

    Your technician, Andre’, came in time to fix the washing machine that did not spin properly. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I also liked his attitude, he was very thorough and explained where the problem was and he proceeded to fix it.

      Andre came by to fix my Samsung double door fridge, which was not cooling or making ice. Samsung also gave me ARS as the recommended service agent. Andre got my fridge cooling again but had to order parts to fix the icemaker. Everything was explained in depth and timelines were met. He returned less than a week later and installed the parts. I was working from home and watched everything he did, often standing over his shoulder but he was professional and courteous all the while and explained everything he was doing. Job well done and Andre is an asset to your business.

    What a great customer service! We had an issue with ice forming in our Samsung fridge since the water was not draining out as it should. We reached out to Samsung Canada to resolve the issue. Samsung Canada referred us to ARS and we are so glad they did. They promptly scheduled an appointment and Andre, the technician, did a great job. He arrived on time and finished the work promptly. He also shared some tips to keep the fridge working efficiently. The issue was resolved and the fridge is working properly. We’re very happy and thankful for the great service.

    The tech that arrived to service my fridge was friendly and professional, and efficiently diagnosed the issue. The best part was they had the part on hand and was able to complete the repair in one visit. The tracking system in order to see where in line you are for that days service calls is a very helpful feature which allowed me to minimize the time spent waiting for the technician to arrive. Overall, I would highly recommend ARS.

    Our LG fridge stopped cooling. LG referred us to ARS to repair our fridge. They were very helpful and booked our service to the earliest date possible. The Technician was very friendly and professional. Within hours the compressor was changed the fridge was fixed and working like new. Great job ARS!

    Really good experience with service call QAISER got her on Friday night at 7:46 in the middle of a major snowstorm. He fixed out frig and quick and efficient . Thank you so much I would have him back for any repairs in the future

    After a few attempts to have my appliances ( Fridge and Stove ) repaired, I finally had a ARS at my door and Qaiser the tech took his time to thoroughly check each of the complaint areas pointed out with the appliances. We have had parts replaced by others and what appeared to be adjustments made and to no conclussive satisfaction. Qaiser took peices out realigned them cleaned them up a bit and made fine adjustments to which we can finally say…… Success.

    I have had the pleasure of dealing with ARS for the past year. Overall, I am very impressed with their professionalism and customer service approach. Rahul was our Technician and he was very thorough and took the time to explain how to use he appliance going forward.

    I also had the pleasure of dealing with Sarine, who was extremely helpful, and professional.

    Had Ari at my home today and unfortunately the LG fridge I have was not repairable. Not his fault nor is it ARS’s fault. But Ari provided fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable. In the past the unit was serviced by Northern Appliances (not at my request) and after 5 years of problems and service made to this LG fridge it was all a waste if time and large monies. The issue with the fridge could have been resolved a couple of years ago but Northern staff obviously had a different agenda. I will request ARS in the future. But hope this is the last time a appliance in my home will have to be serviced!

    ARS provided prompt, efficient and absolutely excellent service for our 15-year old (though otherwise lightly used and gently cared for) LG washing machine. Other companies have repaired my appliances in the past with less than satisfying results. So when I called ARS, I was already a tough customer. I was especially delighted that ARS delivered great service! Not only were the technicians terrific, but ARS also has outstanding, especially helpful customer service representatives handling phone calls. I would definitely trust ARS with any future appliance repairs!

    I had a technician to diagnose my fridge. I was very happy with the service from the office dispatcher and the tech that visited my house. Everyone was friendly and explained my options clearly. Very good service. I would not hesitate to call them again.

    We were so pleased with our repair man from ARS. He arrived promptly, he wore a mask while in our home and was very patient with the process of repairing our fridge. It took a while for him to defrost everything but remain professional and patient. We were very grateful for his service.

    We have a Dacor duel fuel oven that the broiler had quit working and scheduled a service call with ARS. The process was simple, a 3 hour window was set and an update was sent prior to the technician arriving. The technician sent, Natalino was courteous and respectful, given the pandemic conditions. He was quick to diagnose the issue and order the required parts before leaving. The return visit to install the new ignitor was the same as the first visit. Natalino was very efficient and professional when completing the repair. We have dealt with ARS a few times and would not hesitate to use them again.

    I recently had a situation with a stovetop that was not working. ARS provided a repair estimate and quotes to have the stovetop fixed. It is a very long story, however, I would like to have on record that Amy Amran of ARS reviewed the entire experience and provided a solution that was a ‘TEN’ in customer service and guaranteed that I would be comfortable using their service in the future. This is a company that listens to their clients and do whatever is required to ensure total satisfaction. Thank you Amy.

I am a bit out of their area but they were the only company that said they would come out and fix my LG fridge. I am just so grateful.

    I bought a Samsung refrigerator in September 2020 and within two months, the door of the fridge started making noise.
    I called Samsung and I was directed to ARS. ARS technician namely Rahul came in, in a polite and soft spoken tone, he explained the problem and changed the hinges of the problem door. Unfortunately, the problem reappeared and ARS sent Rahul again and this time too, he changed the parts. The problem continued and Rahul spoke with Manager sending him the pictures of the fridge door and explained the problem. Apparently, there was some manufacturing problem and ARS liaised with Samsung who arranged to replace the fridge since it was well under warranty period and the problem was not soluble.
    My sincere thanks to ARS particularly to Rahul and his Manager for resolving my problem without much hassle.

    When something goes wrong it is never a fun experience, but everyone on the team was so helpful in this stressful time. We have had our igniter go on our brand new stove.. very frustrating,.. but ARS quickly came and diagnosed and fixed within 1 day our gas range. From calling in and speaking to Sarine, to having our repair man come on time and so helpful, knowledgeable. It really made this issue tolerable. Very thankful for the team at ARS.

    These guys are the best in the business, very good at fixing Wolf Stoves. Came out within 48 hrs unlike the authorize servicer who take two weeks before they show up. ARS fix my problem on the first visit, replace the relay board and did not charge the rate of the authorize servicer. I would recommend to call ARS because they are the best in the business.

    Ilya S was my service person. He was totally professional, polite, and explained to me everything he was doing. He said that he would not leave until the issue was resolved and I was satisfied with the issue being repair. I felt very comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone who asked. As my son issue in the home service profession as well, I would hope he would treat all his clients the same way Ilya did to me. I felt that from start to finish ARS was totally professional and email me everything for my records.

They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently and very neatly with placing plastic on the floor to protect it. At the time of the repair of a cracked control panel Alexander heard a problem with the sump pump, organized the new parts and did the pump replacement within a week.

    As we prepare to move into our home after a disaster spanning since last summer, our brand new refrigerator was not making ice [in the door water and ice maker]. An ARS Technician (Daniel) attended. We THOUGHT that it was fixed when Daniel left; however, there was another issue. We called ARS and the dispatcher connected us with Daniel. He had another job after ours, but returned WELL after hours – on the Easter Weekend – to ensure that our new fridge was repaired. We are very appreciative for Daniel’s dedication and integrity to ensure that we have a working appliance. We would definitely recommend ARS and Daniel for any frustrations involving appliances!

    The administration was quick to book us a fast appointment to get our LG fridge looked at and a second appointment to repair it all in 3 days. The technician Taranveer who was on site the 2 visits was over and above being great. The repair was completed and we now can live a normal life again, I must say this was a great experience and truly recommend these people.

    ARS provided immediate and excellent service repairing an LG washing machine. I spoke with Daniel on Monday, explaining my washing machine was not agitating…he promptly contacted Andreii the technician to evaluate the situation with a service call, and by Tuesday morning, my washing machine was good as new!!! Excellent service! Highly recommend!!!

    My LG fridge has been beeping like the door is open, but it was not, so no ice or water and the annoying beep every 30 seconds. Started on holiday Monday, so called LG warranty on Tuesday, they said someone would come on Friday. They could not tell me the name of the company though. LG warranty also did not supply repair company with my cell # or proof of age of fridge so the ticket was cancelled. Spoke with Gila(?sp) first thing Friday morning, dealt with LG service AGAIN and Gila made magic happen and she got a technician to come out on a Friday afternoon between other calls to fix my fridge. A mental life saver for me, especially having had to listen to the incessant beep every 30 secs, 24 hrs a day. Thank you to the techs but big thanks to Gila for fitting me in and understanding the necessity. This is the service that AI can never provide, the personal touch makes the difference.

    Excellent service. We had our washer repaired Everything they said was exact. The charge to come out. If you go with the repair they deduct that charge from your bill. They call you to book the appt and then the repair man calls when he is on his way. Awesome service technicians. Overall great service. Highly recommend

    I recently bought an LG Washer, and it worked perfectly for an entire year. Then out of nowhere it began to leak, and unfortunately struggled to clean our clothes. We hired a technician through a google ad, and they came in and did NOT resolve our problem, I would argue they made it worse. Fortunately for us we contacted ARS directly, they came in or a service call and then came back on a prompt second visit with the part we needed to fix the washer. Between talking to Catherine from Dispatch, and Deron the technician; they fixed our washer, and it works better than ever. Thank you so much, what an incredible company. We will be recommending ARS to everyone.

    We booked a service call with ARS because the broiler in our electric oven was not working. The technician Eric called an hour before our appointment slot and offered to come early as his previous call completed earlier than expected. In doing his diagnostics, he confirmed all the electronics were fine, then found one loose connection, fixed that, and re-tested everything. We restarted the broiler and it worked. He did a final thorough check to confirm everything was working which it was. The range needed some height adjustment to fit back into its place safely and to conform to proper installation standards. Eric assisted with that adjustment. He was courteous, friendly, efficient, and took care to protect our appliance and the kitchen counter and floor, as he did his work. An excellent service call all around.

    I was very impressed with the service from beginning to end.
    I made an appointment to have the compressor replaced on my LG refrigerator.
    I was contacted with a date to confirm it suited me.
    They contacted me the day before to be sure I would be home.
    The day of I got the techs schedule showing where my appointment was in his queue.
    And a call from the tech RAMAN telling me he was on the way.
    Raman was extremely polite and very efficient.
    I would recommend this company to anyone need their services.
