Amazing service… This Samsung fridge has had an issue with the ice maker since I bought it. After multiple complaints to Samsung and multiple companies coming to my house wasting my time and just thawing it out and saying it's a design flaw, I almost gave up. Then I gave it one more chance, and ARS was the company that came and finally solved my problem. The technician was super nice, and you could tell he knew what he was doing. The ice maker has never worked better—no more freezing!!!!!! Thanks, ARS; you did an awesome job.

So after a few times fixing and figuring out what's wrong with it, everything works perfectly now. Thanks to the knowledgeable technician.

The best part was they had the part on hand and were able to complete the repair in one visit. The tracking system to see where in line you are for that day's service calls is a very helpful feature, which allowed me to minimize the time spent waiting for the technician to arrive. After a few attempts to have my appliances (fridge and stove) repaired, I finally had ARS at my door, and Qaiser the tech took his time to thoroughly check each of the complaint areas pointed out with the appliances. We have had parts replaced by others, and what appeared to be adjustments made, to no conclusive satisfaction. Qaiser took pieces out, realigned them, cleaned them up a bit, and made fine adjustments, to which we can finally say… Success. Thank you to ARS and Qaiser for finally fixing the issues that we thought would never be done.
Had Ari at my home today, and unfortunately the LG fridge I have was not repairable. Not his fault, nor is it ARS's fault. But Ari provided fantastic customer service and was very knowledgeable. In the past, the unit was serviced by Northern Appliances (not at my request), and after 5 years of problems and service to this LG fridge, it was all a waste of time and large monies. The issue with the fridge could have been resolved a couple of years ago, but Northern staff obviously had a different agenda. I will request ARS in the future, but hope this is the last time an appliance in my home will …
