Amazing service… This Samsung fridge has had an issue with the ice maker since I bought it. After multiple complaints to Samsung and multiple companies coming to my house wasting my time and just thawing it out and saying it's a design flaw, I almost gave up. Then I gave it one more chance, and ARS was the company that came and finally solved my problem. The technician was super nice, and you could tell he knew what he was doing. The ice maker has never worked better—no more freezing!!!!!! Thanks, ARS; you did an awesome job.

Samsung Canada referred us to ARS, and we are so glad they did. They promptly scheduled an appointment, and Andre, the technician, did a great job. He arrived on time and finished the work promptly. He also shared some tips to keep the fridge working efficiently. The issue was resolved, and the fridge is working properly. We're very happy and thankful for the great service.

He also provided me with many helpful tips on how to get optimum performance from my freezer. I am so pleased. I would not hesitate to call ARS for any future repairs, and I will ask for Rahul if possible!
I bought a Samsung refrigerator in September 2020, and within two months the door of the fridge started making noise. I called Samsung, and I was directed to ARS. ARS technician, namely Rahul, came in; in a polite and soft-spoken tone, he explained the problem and changed the hinges of the problematic door. Unfortunately, the problem reappeared, and ARS sent Rahul again; this time too, he changed the parts. The problem continued, and Rahul spoke with the manager, sending him pictures of the fridge door and explaining the problem. Apparently, there was some manufacturing defect, and ARS liaised …
